- Examination of the impact and outcomes of the Master of Applied Epidemiology (MAE) for indigenous students.

- Development of screening tools and brief interventions for Indigenous people with problematic alcohol drinking living in an urban setting.
- An examination of the issues surrounding Indigenous identification for people attending primary health care settings
- NHMRC-funded capacity building grant in Indigenous prisoner health, including a review of models of care for Indigenous prisoners provided by State/Territory governments, Aboriginal community-controlled health organisations and non-government organisations.
- Overburden Project: Stage II, examining the development of a universal framework for reporting on health funding for community controlled health services
- Delivering healthy housing to Aboriginal communities in remote NW Queensland; determining understandings and impacts of ‘housing health and living experiences’
- Development and implementation of culturally appropriate options to ensure positive outcomes for Indigenous people living with mental health disorders
