Interim Report (form)

 

This statement is intended to be a brief summary of your project for the last reporting period – usually six months – and proposed activities for the next six months. The statement would normally be 1 – 2 pages long.

If there are significant differences in your research activities from your grant application, please describe the changes and the reasons for them. Note that this specifically includes changes relating to ethical aspects of the project.

Grant Closure Procedures and forms

 

Information for Grantee’s completing their grant project with AIATSIS

In order to close a grant there are a few steps for the Grantee:

  1. Financial aquittal
    1. Final financial statement from the administering organisation
      concerning the income and expenditure of the whole project is to be
      sent to AIATSIS
    2. if there are any un‐expended funds, AIATSIS will create an invoice for
      the amount to be returned
  2. Final report
    1. Final report statement (form)
      1. Including information / evidence of adherence to section 4.2
        and 4.3 of your original application form
  3. Deposit of materials (Grantee Research Materials and Results form)
    1. Deposit of other research results, eg. published papers, seminar
      papers etc.
    2. Deposit of archival material eg. photographs, audio‐tapes, videotapes,
      discs etc., plus full documentation for this material.
    3. Deposit forms for all the deposited material. There are collections
      policies for both the library and audio visual archive at this location

  4. Grant aquittal letter
    1. Once the grant has been acquitted, the grants officer will send you a
      letter confirming that your grant has been officially closed.
