Joyce Graham is a Kamilaroi woman from Moree and is currently the Manager of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Liaison Service at The Canberra Hospital.

Prior to commencing at the Canberra Hospital she has worked in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander areas in the Commonwealth and non-government organisations. She has also managed services in the areas of family violence, sexual assault, housing and land council in her home town.

Joyce has recently graduated in the Graduate Diploma of Community Counselling at the University of Canberra and is about to start her masters in counselling that will assist her in her life goal to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander families to help heal past traumas.
