Delegates are responsible for arranging and booking their own travel and accommodation. QANTAS is the preferred carrier for the conference and you can book directly from here, see below. The conference venue is the Holiday Inn Esplanade located on The Esplanade, Darwin.

ACCOMMODATION

You can book accommodation at the conference venue the Holiday Inn Esplanade or the Holiday Inn Darwin by contacting Allison Burns on 08 8901 0704. All conference delegates are entitled to a discount at the government rate at these premises. We have also identified alternative accommodation close to the conference venue (see list below).

Transport
How to get to the conference venue
The Esplanade Holiday Inn is approximately 20 minutes from Darwin airport and only 1km from the City. An airport shuttle bus service which will drop you off or pick you up from nearly anywhere in the city is available. When travelling to the airport you must book one day in advance, telephone: 1800 358 945.

Parking
Parking facilities (188 spaces) are available at the conference venue. The self parking facilities are free of charge to hotel guests. A $3.00 charge (per day) is applicable to non-guest users.
