- Native title decision making and good governance
- The need for an integrated approach to indigenous aspirations

These themes encapsulate the critical issues that have emerged from eleven years of High Court decisions and ten years of the Native Title Act. The themes look to position of native title within the broader struggle for the recognition of Indigenous ownership of lands, waters and resources.
