We will reply as soon as possible allowing for the difficulty of your inquiry and available staff resources. If the delay is likely to be more than 14 working days, we will notify you.
Please note our Charges and use the Family History Inquiry form if you have a family history inquiry, or the Native Title Inquiry form if you are researching for a Native Title Claim.
