Finding aids have been compiled for a number of sound collections held in the Audiovisual Archive. Some of them provide a simple list of recordings, while others describe each recording in detail, including timing points for segments featuring specific speakers, languages and places.
Not every sound collection has its own finding aid. New finding aids are compiled and added regularly. All of the files are PDFs.
You can search for relevant finding aids through this web page. Just type in the person, language, place or subject you are looking for. Finding aids are also linked from the relevant catalogue records in Mura.
