Finding aids describe groups of recordings and include timing points for segments featuring specific speakers, languages and places.  They also describe how the recordings can be accessed. 

PDF finding aids for a small number of recorded sound collections can be searched from this page.  The AIATSIS online catalogue, Mura®, contains brief descriptions of all the recorded sound collections held at AIATSIS, some of which are linked to the detailed finding aids which are stored here.
