Request form for seeking permission to use the Aboriginal Australia map
Please read the following information before completing our request form.
Some fees apply and permission will be given only to reproduce the WHOLE map only and we will require a detailed acknowledgment/disclaimer to be printed alongside it.
Permission will NOT be granted to adapt the map or for changes such as:
- colour changes
- text changes
- cropping or sectioning the map
- overlaying material.
Permission may be granted to reproduce the map on websites or in PowerPoint presentations or in a PhD thesis or textbook, but not in loose-leaf publications.
The granting of permission for one use (for example, on a website or in a PowerPoint display) does not allow you to make the map available in other ways, or to other parties.

If you’re intending to reproduce material published by a publisher other than ASP, you must contact that publisher for permission. They may have their own forms for you to complete; check their website.
